Used Bognor Regis train station to collect and return our relatives as they came here for a short break.
I found the station easy to access by car, enough space at the front for three or four disabled badge holders, although on double yellow lines. There is parking at the rear of the station but you have to pay.
Inside the station it was clean and tidy, staff were on hand to help, also the ticket office was open and manned, don't know the exact times it opens but we were there on a Wednesday morning at 11am. Best to check if you need to use it.
The cafe was open for drinks and snacks, there is also a good book shop for a bit of reading for your journey. Taxis are also there at the side entrance if you need one.
Over all, for British rail, quite good.

I recently travelled from Bognor to Victoria. I was in a wheel chair. My family hadn't asked for assisted travel, but on arrival at the station, we were immediately offered help and a ramp was put in place. The kind railway chap, got through to Victoria to let them know, and there was the ramp ready. On our return three days later, we were given the same treatment. All the railway personnel we helpful, cheerful and gave excellent service.
