Understaffed queued up for over 30 mins to collect a Parcel. No issue with the staff themselves but this store needs to be managed and resourced properly. Shambles!

Same old story on here. No staff. I person serving at 3.30pm in the midst of Xmas rush today.! And then they wonder why we get angry and grumpy. Not sure what's gone wrong with our once lovely post office system. Probably down to money as always!

One day they might open the second window at the counter. There's always someone there doing something else or leaving for lunch whilst there's a queue piling up.

Appalling. Slow 45 min queue. Then they posted to wrong address. Said its my fault when it's theirs! Then made me queue another 15mins as lady that made mistake went to lunch! Then did other tasks and made me wait. Never going in there again.

The young lady assistant could not have been more helpful and friendly with our passport renewals. Shame a queue built up due to one of the positions being closed.

Friendly knowledgeable customer service support though counters often understaffed but that's not the staffs fault but a lack of management oversight not providing enough cover.
That said the staff there work effectively and efficiently to negate the shortfall as best they can and still hold a welcome smile.
No one likes queuing and at times you can be upto tenth or more in the line.....so breathe and remember you will get there eventually lol or if there's no rush come back later......life's too short for unnecessary stress eh lol

Terrible long waiting times, not enough staff or serving windows. Too small, shoe horned into one corner of WH Smith. Customer service at its worst. Royal Mail should be ashamed, only post office for miles and yet they keep shutting more branches (Weastmeads) .
