I absolutely love Alex's massages; they're so relaxing. I've been experiencing the holistic way Alex works since he began his practice in Epping. Every time I visit with an issue in my neck or back, he effectively resolves it. He is exceptionally skilled, and although I've moved away from Epping, I will definitely make the trip back for his services. He is the only one who can fully address my back and neck issues in such a comprehensive and healing manner!!

Both my husband and myself have visited Alex for deep tissue massage and will definitely be returning regularly. The space is warm, inviting and comfortable. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional and puts you at ease. His treatments are targeted and specifically tailored for your specific needs or ailments and he even followed up with a kind message and exercises to improve key areas of tension - mine specifically being shoulders and neck area.
My husband really enjoys a deep massage and can feel that some therapists can be too light handed, but Alex was able to treat both of us exactly as required, which is definitely not the same pressure.
Fantastic to have such excellent service locally and at reasonable prices without having to travel. Cannot recommend him highly enough! You won't regret booking here; thanks Alex

My experience with Alex was absolutely wonderful. I’d been having some issues with my neck and upper back which were really affecting my quality of life. After just one hour-long session with Alex I felt utterly rejuvenated - I got my first pain-free night of sleep in a long while and was back into my regular exercise regime within a day or so. Alex was extremely skilful and knowledgeable about my particular ailment whilst also being a great listener - it’s like free therapy! He even followed up my treatment by emailing me some additional stretches to try at home. Highly recommended *

I can't recommend Alex highly enough. I always feel 100% better after seeing him for massage and soft tissue release. He is extremely skilled, very professional and he always makes me feel so comfortable. He is very intuitive about which technique he thinks would help and I totally trust his judgment. His garden studio is lovely.

Be warned. If you have had previous injuries, I would not use this therapist. He doesn't actually take on board the injuries you note. I don't think his body knowledge is such that can handle complex issues. You say relaxing and he does deep tissue. I ended up with two months plus of sleepless nights from pain due to his aggressive massage and have had to have steroid injections because his massage caused bursitis.
If you have injuries, go to a qualified physical therapist for massage.
Can't speak for his relaxing massage because I never got what I asked for. My experience was awful.
