Such a positive booking experience! Paula ( who was the agent who dealt with my booking) was such a pleasure to work with. She handled my transaction very well, and sorted out a couple of issues for me promptly, friendly and kindly. With good humour too. Because of the way that she treated me, and interacted with me, I would have no hesitation in booking through Blue Bay Travel again, and I would highly recommend that other travellers did the same too.

Booked a holiday to Mauritius with Blue Bay Travel to the Tarisa Resort. First time I had used Blue Bay. Felt that it was a great deal at the time and the customer service was good when I had questions. Would certainly use them again. Seems that they have some good deals. Their being part of the Co op group gave me confidence that they were a good company to use. Happy to recommend them

I saw Blue Bay on a link and decided to subscribe as the holiday offer really interested me. I called the number to find out more and spoke to David. He checked a few days later to see if we'd made a decision. We did and booked. The process was simple, informative and supportive. Looking forward to a well earned holiday . I recently booked a holiday through Blue Bay Travel, paying extra for a seaplane transfer to my resort to make the experience more special. Unfortunately, this travel agency failed to deliver what was promised. Upon arriving in the new country, no one knew who I was, and I was left completely lost at the airport.

After waiting for over two hours, I was finally greeted by someone who was clueless and unhelpful. This was meant to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, I was met with frustration and confusion.

The company showed no regard for customer care or service. When I contacted them about the missing seaplane transfer, they simply said, “We made a mistake,” and claimed it was for my return journey – despite me confirming multiple times over email that the transfer was for my arrival. Their solution was to offer to cancel it and refund me, basically if I still wanted seaplane I would pay and I would simply move on from the mistake with no real attempt to rectify the situation or make amends.

Where is the customer service? Where is the care? There was none. Blue Bay Travel is only interested in your money and provides none of the service they advertise. Avoid them at all costs and pay a little extra to go with a reputable agent. Blue Bay Travel is not worth the hassle!

Ive been booking with Leighton and Blue Bay for 8 years now and he/they never disappoint. I was able to get lots of additional information that I needed on the resort based on previous clients experience and genuine country knowledge, to help me make a decision, and once again got a fantastic deal which is hard to beat!
