Was bikepacking through on way to the Lakes, and stopped off for a stem adjustment. The lady was brilliant who took my bike in and asked the mechanic to give 10 mins to make the adjustments. Her knowledge was very impressive, she was very friendly and chaty. A keen MTB and route knowledge was very keen. Lovely shop with lots of nice goodies with a sofa to chill. I cannot remember the name of the lady but thank you so much for your help and friendly attitude at close of day. Must recommend for a visit and to pick something up for your bike or packing gear.

I dont often write reviews but feel compelled to due to the excellent customer experience provided by Anna who works at Blazing Saddles every time I visit this shop. Her extensive knowledge from bicycles to balaclavas is beyond compare along with her unfailing can do attitude. In terms of retail if only the majority took a leaf out of her book businesses would flourish. This company is so very lucky to have Anna who I'm sure is key to their success. I do hope they cherish and remunerate her well!

Absolutely fantastic!! Just had a crash near hebden, damage to bike, called store, they fixed the bike straight away and at a very competitive price. Back in the saddle for the ride. Thank you blazing saddles hebden 🤟

Great shop, very friendly and helpful! I'd driven up from Sheffield to do a loop around Calderdale, but unfortunately left my Garmin mount on another bike. Not knowing the area at all I'd put a route on it so would have been stuck without it. A quick Google showed Blazing Saddles just round the corner from where I'd parked. Popped in, but they didn't stock mounts, however they did improvise a solution for me using a bit of inner tube. It worked an absolute treat, no movement even on the rocky descents. Thanks again for saving the day!

I love this place! A warm welcome is always guaranteed from the friendly, knowledgable and helpful team at Blazing Saddles. Excellent range of kit, great bikes, fabulous mechanics and advice and chat on all things bike - from how to pack for a bike packing trip to route planning and all thing in between.

This shop is everything you’d want from a local bike shop — friendly, community-focused, and run by people who genuinely know and love cycling. They did a fantastic job when I needed work done on my bike. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and happy to chat through any bike-related question.
