We have used this company several times for all occasions and sizes of guests travelling. We had a limo to celebrate a 22nd birthday on the 10th February 2024. Reasonably priced, and beautiful inside and out. Driver absolutely amazing and couldn’t do more for us. We travelled from Barnsley to Sheffield and then travelled back after a meal and some drinks! Couldn’t recommend more 🥂

I contacted this company on the strength of their reviews in September for an 18th birthday party in December. I asked them if I could see the vehicle before finalising the booking but the owner told me he was not available at first but he would arrange a viewing for a later date. He also insisted I should pay the deposit for my booking to reserve my slot but my payment would be refunded if I was not happy with the vehicle. I foolishly trusted him and paid more than the deposit. Since then I have not been able to contact the owner; he has not acknowledged any of my messages not even to confirm he would be able to honour the booking. He opened some of my messages but did not reply to me. I asked my husband to message him from his number and he received a reply to his first message but then nothing thereafter. In the end, I notified the owner that a refund was needed since he had not allowed me to see the vehicle and I had to make alternative arrangements for the party. This was over a week ago but still no refund have been issued. Please watch out, the owner operates under two companies and has different phone numbers too; the second company name is Star Limos.

Booked Limo for my daughters graduation, service was spot on, right on time, Limo clean and driver really good with the kids.
Every time I had a question they were quickly answered the only thing I would say is that I never received an official booking confirmation just a text which I had to push for by texting them the booking details and asking for confirmation that this was correct.

Absolutely horrendous service.
Was due to be picked up at 1pm they called to say their party bus had been in a RTC. Sent us a limousine and a smaller party bus. The limousine arrived and wasn't fit for purpose. You know it's not a good start when they pop the bonnet in the car park. Half of our party missed half of our meal sitting due to this issue.

Then we didn't send any further money until they were here to collect us due to not believing they were coming for us.
Which we did right, they sent a text basically stating the drivers are not returning. Use the money to find alternative ways home. So had we have sent the money, chances are they wouldn't have returned and we'd have been stranded with no way home.

Terrible service. Do not book. Save your money.

Great service from the company, kept in touch throughout and phoned 2 days before to make sure all was still ok. Would highly recommend and would use again

Me and my now husband booked blazing desire for our wedding day which was 02/07/2021. The sevice we recieved was exeptional outstanding, the limousine was very clean and comfortable, shane is a professional man he looked smart and was very polite, we had music on whilst driving to the chappel and after we got married we had a bottle of champagne to celebrate our day sat in the limousine driving to our reception, thankyou blazing desire for giving us an exellent service.
