Black Label Barbering Co in Bilton, Rugby have been looking after my hair and beard for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. I am a regular with Lloyd, and when I first went to Black Label Barbering I had significant corrective work required after a poor haircut, and subsequently poor and unagreed attempt at correction at another Rugby barbers.
Lloyd explained how the process would work, how long it would take and importantly sought my agreement. Additionally, as I am growing my beard, and it's a slow grower, Lloyd is very honest about when a tidy up is required, and when it would be okay to leave it for a few months to help me get closer to my goals.
Having spoken to Lloyd at length he really knows and understands beards and has given me excellent advice time and time again, that is bespoke to my hair type. This is important to me as I have increasingly been involved in a number of beard clubs and entered competitions. It might sound silly to say, as before I had a beard I assumed barbers would be beard experts, but not all of them are. I once went a different shop and asked for a beard trim - which was on their price list - and without any hint of irony, the reply was, "Okay, how do you do one?" Needless to say, they went nowhere near my beard.
Lloyd is a knowledgeable and talented barber who keeps my beard on track and maintains the hairstyle that I want excellently.
Lloyd is a friendly gentleman who always has something interesting to say and apart from being the best barbershop in Rugby, Black Label Barbering a good place for the soul. A place to relax and unwind, and take an hour off from the stresses of everyday life, in the good company of all of the barbers there.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Black Label Barbering Co. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
