Newly refurbished for court with very good facilities. Fuel prices are not the cheapest. My only gripe is that being a Waitrose and within a fuel station the shop prices are astronomical aka highway robbery!
Have visited many times and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.

This filling station has been recently refurbished. The layout is poor, the public interface is cramped, the pumps are labelled in a way that is easily confused. The forecourt roof structure of the previous layout has been retained, which is nonsense as the facilities are at 90degs to the original. The result is that when it rains, the area from the pumps to the shop door is not covered by the roof.
I am a Construction manager, and I can tell when cost has superseded value.
The staff are very well meaning and do their best to make the best of a thoroughly poor job

Good for the fuel, Shell Optimax, the food all looked as expensive as it normally is in a service station.

There was a stench of alcoholic with poor personal hygiene in there, an air freshener wouldn't go amiss.

The toilet was clean and the staff efficient.
