This is and has been my local post office for many years since my post office closed in my village, it's about the same distance from me as the main post office in the town, but I always use this one as Ali and the team are always friendly and helpful. The most welcoming post office. Very helpful and patient staff. Whilst there I also needed some really large post bags and it was a relief to see they had several really big bags to choose from. They are also very dog friendly and will have a treat for your pooch though I decline as I have an allergy dog.

This post office is the most friendly, kind and helpful office I have known and I’ve lived in many/various places in the UK. Helena goes the extra mile to help customers, every time I’ve been in recently, she has showed me the app I could download to help me save money, helped me write in the correct format and always makes me feel I am valued. I feel very lucky and privileged to have Bilton Post Office as my local.
