When we booked our Hajj and chose A1000 package with Bilal Hajj and Umrah Tours Ltd on Nusuk, we didn’t know what to expect.
But Alhamdulillah we haven’t regretted a single bit of it. We have been looked after by the team since Day 1 at the seminar until we parted at the airport on the way back.
The seminar was very welcoming and helpful, all our questions were answered by the highly qualified Mawlanas.
We were well looked after during Hajj time , both in Makkah and Madina
We benefited from a lot of well organised ziarat. The team made sure that we stick together as a group at all times.

My Hajj experience with Bilal tours was nothing short of extraordinary. They took care of every detail, the guides were knowledgeable and supportive, making sure we understood the significance of each ritual. From the booking phase to when we landed back home the support provided was second to none with Brother M.Hussien going above and beyond what I would expect from a hajj group. The late night group walks and to organising the climb at mount Hira was all because of the guides commitment in ensuring the Hujjaj had an amazing time. Honestly we could not be happier with the service that we received and would highly recommend Bilal tours to anyone seeking a stress free, organised spiritual fulfilment trip to Hajj or Umrah.

Especially how they did not over promise anything and were honest. They were very well prepared and patient with us too and did not force us to make any decisions straight away unlike other travel agents who are very eager. Would highly recommend them for Umrah/Hajj planning as they took care of everything and would contact us when necessary rather than us having to contact them for updates. They would also reply back even at late nights if we had any queries which we really appreciated.

We booked an umrah trip with Bilal travels. The booking process was easy. We always got a response back from our queries. They were really helpful and knowledgeable as well as very professional. Bilal Hajj and Umrah Tours ltd arranged Umra Oct/Nov 2023 for me and my family, 6 members. To be honest they went above and beyond expectation to fulfill our requirements.
The hotels in Makka and Medina were literally outside the holy sites, the transportation (Toyota Proace Verso van 9 seats) was very comfortable and the driver always turned up earlier than expected. The prices were very affordable and the service were outstanding. They contacted us regularly and assisted us with anything we needed at the time like language translation etc. Alhamdulilah very satisfied customer - my advice to you is to let Bilal Hajj and Umrah Tours ltd arrange your visit because they are one of the best for what they do in regards to price and service.

Alhamdulillah we had a very smooth experience with Bilal Tours, from the moment we enquired to the moment we returned home they were there to help and advise us every step of the way. They would respond to messages very quickly and help us out when needed even whilst we were in Saudi. Bilal tours is the only tour group I would personally recommend to travel with for Hajj. They looked after all of us like we were their own family. They were always there to answer any of our questions and never left us on our own. They were very approachable and provided an OUTSTANDING SERVICE as a tour operator. Hafiz Salim was an amazing man and Hafiz Mohamed was also amazing throughout the whole journey. I have nothing but praise for Bilal Tours as they did not disappoint and the fellow pilgrims with me also felt the same. Me and my family (mum, dad and uncle) had a great experience with this group and if ever given the opportunity to complete another Hajj, this is the ONLY group I would want to go with.
