⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had an amazing experience with Big Bus London! I purchased the 48-hour pass, which included three walking tours and the City Experiences London River Cruise which all turned out to be a great value.

I was able to catch 2 of the 3 offered walking tours and they were definitely the highlight of my trip. Emma, our tour guide was personable, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Her insights and enthusiasm really brought the city to life! Whether it was her expertise or sheer luck, we managed to see Princess Anne go by and had a front row view of the Horse Guards change near the Household Cavalry Museum. She also had some pro tips on the best place to catch the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace.

The bus service was great too; it was frequent, and the audio recordings were both entertaining and informative. Overall, it was a fantastic way to see the city and a great value. I would highly recommend it!

The tour with Emma made our day. Or better it made our whole trip. It was really informative and we had a lot of fun. World definitely book a tour with her again and we probably will do it on our next trip to London.

We took the Christmas Lights tour with Ella last night, and it was lovely! Even though it was a bit chilly and rainy, Ella was cheerful, informative and passionate about the sights she shared with us - and the Christmas music. Thanks for a fun time!

Christmas City Lights tour. Pricey for an under 2 hour city bus tour. Lea’s commentary was good with lots of fun facts and she worked to keep her audience engaged as well as offering to take photos of the patrons.

Bought 48h full package including cruise and christmas light tour.
If its your first time in London, this is a must. You can use the tube, but why to be underground if you can be above ground!
Their routes and stops locations are great. The audio is funny and keeps you engaged.
The Christmas lights tour is not worth it because it seems london is not big on this compared to other cities in Europe, but it was included so we tried it.
Cruise was fun.
The best part was the change of the guard walking tour with our amazing guide Jose. She was informative, knows exactly where to stand to get the best views, and funny.
I highly recommend big bus tours. Their price is a bit more than the other companies but i think you get what you pay for at the end.

Great way to see London. Audio guide was very informative. Walking tours were awesome. Josie was a great guide. She knew all the best locations to see everything and we had perfect viewing points for the Changing of the Guard.

We did the walking tour in City of London with Emma saturday at 4pm. We had a great time! Lots of interesting buildings and facts and Emma had answer to all of our questions (not always related)! She’s dynamic and really easy to understand for my french-canadian ear. She also suggested a few other things to do to enjoy London and tips about reservation and all.

I don’t know if it’s because of the time of year or the hour but there was only the two of us in this tour so we could talk while walking. Also there was no crowd because this part of London is almost only offices.

I highly recommand this tour or any tour with Emma!
