Great way to see the city and sites we didn’t catch on our walks. Very easy to get on and off; the flexibility is great. I didn’t give 5 stars as my husband and I had to try 8 different seats before we found audio that worked.

Ben - I would give 5 stars! He helped us to find the correct bus stop and even double checked to make sure we had picked up headphones. He is a great asset to the organization and making sure visitors are informed and comfortable.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with this company. Only two out of five different drivers were friendly, helpful and smily.
We waited over half an hour after pick up time for the bus to pick us up from several places.
The street staff were obviously trying their best to organise people at stop 1 but clearly didn't understand what was going on. Many of the audio points didn't work. More buses are needed to keep this company competitive with the other tour operators as while waiting on one occasion, 3 buses from a different company came and went and still we were stood waiting. I would not use thus company again.
