The staff at Bhaarat travels really kind and helpful. I needed to apply for Visa as I am flying in a few days. They booked an appointment helped me out by arranging the paperwork and visa within a hour! The young receptionist and Heer were so helpful and friendly.

I reached this place for Spain Visa and some Sheetal connected. Firstly she is very rude, and Isn’t helpful at all. Most importantly, she has no information and knowledge about VISA. I went to BLS for VISA on the basis of list she provided. And there were problem in five of them. We had to come back without giving our file. It was very disappointing. About loss, you could imagine the cost of flight tickets, tickets to London, their fees, travel insurance, and lot many hidden costs. This all money went in vain. And yes, She was available only for 1 hour on Monday to Friday so you can imagine the frustration and long waiting period for one person. Very poor.

Always a brilliant service from these lot. I went back today to collect my visa file...The guy recognised me without me saying my name! I was very impressed. Fast service. Never had any issues. Fast and prompt service. Highly recommended. 5 stars for excellence and brilliant customer service. Dipti Is also a very nice person, Shes very attentive with her work and is spot on. Thank you for providing me and my family with all our Indian Visa Paperwork promptly and swiftly. Keep up the good work 😃 For anyone going to India, I would highly recommend these people to get your paperwork done as they are fast and keep you updated throughout.

I applied for my OCI through them. They did my paperwork n gave me an appt to apply with the embassy. On the day, my paperwork was all wrong. Bharat travel ladies had uploaded my indian passport twice in place of surrender certificate n not submitted my current British passport n naturalisation certificate. Luckily embassy did it for me but not without a charge. I ve left messages for them but no one would get back. Ladies there are frustrated, rude n just insufferable. They are not getting custom from me or my family again.

Such great service from start to finish. I went in to get help some help for visas and got the best service from the team, very considerate and understanding of situations. While I was there I noted the great service and advice provided to all who walked in. Keep up the great work, so glad to have a brilliant service like this in Belgrave.

I wish I could give it zero rating. They have zero knowledge. Not helpful at all. Going to this agency has costed me more than 500£ of loss and a visa rejection. Never ever turn here.
