5* all round - this is a real gem of a travel company! We booked a family trip to Cuba with our three young adult children. The trip was extremely well thought out and planned by Jon, and all accommodation and transfers were fantastic. We felt well supported both before and during our trip, Jon’s level of expertise and competence was very reassuring. A truly memorable trip and I would highly recommend ‘Beyond the Ordinary’ - we are already thinking about using them for our next trip!

We had a fantastic trip. Have travelled very extensively but think the boat trip from Rio Dulce to Livingstone is in my top 5 experiences of all time! Everything went very smoothly, drivers, guides and vehicles were faultless. Hotels all very different characters and all excellent including Guatemala City. Favourite was Flores 🙂 Recommend transfer thru Houston!

Really good personal service from the very start. Responsive and flexible, meant we could travel at the pace and to the places we wanted. Imaginative itinerary and informative guides gave us a great sense of a beautiful and complicated country. All arrangements worked very well.

Excellent delivery from start to finish from Beyond the Ordinary. Jon's experience of the region shines through, the company is incredibly efficient during the booking process, and the great service continued into the holiday arrangements on the ground. Transfers, hotels, car hire all worked perfectly, no hiccups. If I were to change anything at all it would be to ask Beyond the Ordinary to just design the holiday for me next time because quite honestly the only bits that were less that great were the bits I insisted I wanted against their better judgement! If you're thinking about a trip to Latin America, or the Caribbean, then look no further. We used BTO to help arrange a recent multi-centre holiday to Mexico, and had a great time.
