We engaged Bex to sell my late fathers flat following 2 terrible experiences with 2 other local agents. We had been dissapointed with the poor communication, poor advice and general levels of service.
Bex was simply outstanding in every respect. From the very first call to her through to completion it was clear that she was a consummate professional.

Let’s be honest —buying or selling a home is basically a very expensive emotional rollercoaster. Luckily, we had Bex, who somehow managed to be our estate agent, therapist, and unofficial life coach all rolled into one super human.

5 Stars are not enough to describe our thanks to Bex and her sister Fiona they have been great. We had been almost 2 1/2 years trying to sell our property (and over 70 viewings) without success as the chain had broken 3 times. Bex took one look at our property and said "I will sell this its a great property" and so she did after just 7 viewings the buyers made an offer and we accepted. Bex and her sister have been dedicated and professional throughout we wish we had know her 3 years ago.
