WORST ONLINE HOLIDAYS!!! Make sure to read reviews of this group before booking with them!!! They are the worst ever. Horrible horrible service from MARK . On our first call with Daisy, she told us she had booked a hotel for us and told us to hold on for her supervisor Mark who then told us he was booking a different hotel for us because the one we had agreed to was fully booked. We had to pay extra money because the new hotel had single beds. This was not explained to us before taking money. We then asked for a refund because the inconsistencies were too many. We were told the flight had already been booked thus we couldn’t get a refund. Mark became very abrupt asking for extra money for a hand luggage because apparently the flight only came with allowance for an underseat bag which they labelled as 10kg bag. We asked countless times that they explain what they meant by 10kg? All Mark kept doing was talking over us on the phone and saying there’s nothing he can do. They coerce you to make payment on the first call. After taking money they start to tell you to pay for upgrades because your room has no balcony and has single beds. Make sure you inquire very well before giving money because after that you’re they refuse to refund you for their own mistakes. How can you lie you booked someone in a hotel that’s fully booked just to take their money and tell them after the fact. Mark kept going on about the fact that they had done similar thing to 200 customers who did not have an issue with that. We requested to speak with the manager. Mark said the manager was not available. After two minutes he told us to hold on and wait . We spoke to Philip the floor manager who then apologised for their error and tried his best to salvage the situation. All in all, they’re not honest about anything. Beware of worst holidays online!

Booked for two people sitting together. We were in different places, booked for bed and e, no breakfast. Clearly stated 2 cases that go into overhead, they stated bags. Cost us £67.50 each to get our small cases on the plane and the same coming home. We were booked into an aparthotel, up on 4th floor, couldn't open the front door properly had to get reception. Light shade had dead flies in it and Chrome peeling of of the bathroom tap. Will NEVER book with them again.BEWARE!!!!!! Only gave two stars due to beautiful Krakow, and the lovely Polish people we met.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I've been waiting for a refund for one month now. Every time I call I have been told it's been processed and to wait 14 days. There are no manager's to speak to and I am constantly put on hold or cut off. Am now resorting to reporting to the Travel Trust Association. Absolute scam of a company!

After some discussion today I learnt that when you are told you have a 10Kg bag available to you this has now been clarified. This mean a 10 kg bag which you place under your seat, I now know this is the procedure and will question this next time I book.
