We took the kids to stay in this sweet little holiday flat very close to the lovely Western beach at Camber Sands over half term. The property was suitable for us, good little games room with pool table and football table. Quiet estate, only 5-10 mins walk to the beach which was lovely. The flat could have done with a bit more cleaning, the sofa needed cleaning and kitchen needed a deep clean really. The DVD remote had no battery, the toys and games were tired and need checking/updating but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. A guest book/information would have been helpful. All this information was sent online but to avoid scrolling, a simple paper book would have been great.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rye Bay House. We visited as a family of 3 generations - from 1 year old to 70 years old and the house suited us all perfectly. It is spacious, lovely and bright and we had all the essentials that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect - an easy drive or bus to town with lovely views on the way - and walking distance from Camber Sands too. We felt well looked after from the moment we booked the stay to check-out. We were given lots of information about the house and surrounding area and communication with the hosts was easy and efficient. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Camber.

We’ve just spent a lovely few days in Beach Boutique and despite the inclement weather have really enjoyed our stay.
The cottage is so comfortable and clean, very close to the dunes and beach, and just a short drive or bus ride into Rye. Just perfect really, and so well equipped, comfy sofas and beds - we’ll definitely rebook.
We had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Sophie during our stay and they couldn’t be nicer and more helpful.
Our dog, Harry, really enjoyed his stay too!
I’ve added a photo of the beautiful pots in the front garden. All in all, a great place to stay.

The house had such a nice feel we felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The kids loved the games room. Was really clean and decorated perfectly. Really quite area. Walking distance to the beach and a 10 minute drive into Rye. We had such a lovely stay, Sophie and Richard are the best hosts couldn’t fault, our trip was 10/10. Thank you so much

We would recommend this place to stay to everyone looking for a well-kept, tidy home right by the beach. This is the perfect location for a family getaway with the beach just a 10 minute walk away and Rye only a 12 minute drive. We all enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to staying at the Camber Beach House again - thank you!

It was so lovely to stay at the Beach Boutique for a little family holiday! Richard and Sophie were such excellent hosts, and the place was in the perfect location, so close to the beach and had everything we needed! The beach boutique was also dog friendly which was great! Our welcome package was so helpful in giving us all the info we needed!

What a great little find. Nestled away in a quiet spot the Surf Shack is the ideal place for a peaceful getaway. Conveniently located with Rye town and all its pubs, shops and restaurants just a short drive away.

The accommodation itself was just what we were looking for. It was clean, bright, well furnished and had the basic necessities that we needed upon arrival - not to mention the best duvet I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping under! The log burner was a nice touch and was a great way to get cosy in the evenings.

A unique little place which I’m so glad we found - we’ll definitely be back.

We had the best weekend at Sandy Feet with friends for a little staycation

We took our dog too which made it much more special. The house was just as it looked in the pictures and was so very clean. The rooms were a great size and felt at home straight away. Great views from the bedrooms and the street was so peaceful and quiet.

Perfect location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach front and lots of pubs on the way
Highly recommend and will for sure be making it a yearly trip!
