I have been dealing with a lot of estate agents as been looking for a house to buy for a while as I have had buyers pulling out. My experience with berrymens viewings have been the best, they are always helpfull and knowledgeable .not all estate agents are the same that's for sure.

Berrymans have recently marketed and sold my late Uncles property in Burnham-on-Sea. Their service was excellent right through from the initial valuation visit to the sale.
It was particularly difficult for me living miles away from the area.
They arranged a contractor to clear and clean the property, as well as a big tidy up of the garden. All with very impressive results.
Marketing was quick and efficient with a very good price obtained.
The following sale was completed in excellent time to their recommended buyer.

I recently purchased my property through Berrymans and they have handled a previous sale also. I highly recommend them. The whole buying process from initial inquiry including viewings, negotiation and through to completion was handled impeccably. The team were always friendly and professional. From the word go we found everyone at Berrymans to be very professional, friendly and supportive throughout the process of our sale and purchase.
They kept us up to date with proceedings and were always very willing to help and advise us with any queries or worries we had.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish ! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Special thanks to Louise who went above and beyond to complete the sale of my Uncle's home, nothing was too much trouble and she and Matt were always available for updates and help with everything from final house clearance to meter readings to regular checks on the house as we live 80 miles away. I cannot thank them enough, they made a difficult situation bearable.
I would highly recommend them.
