I recently moved into my first flat alone and belvoir Harrogate were incredibly helpful in assisting me with the process. I was able to easily book viewings and all staff members were incredibly knowledgeable. Laura showed me and my family the property and was very kind and said she’d do her best to ensure I got the place.
I was able to sign the papers the next day and move into my flat within a month. They even offered to accommodate my needs to pick up the keys on a weekend. Belvoir always answer the phone promptly and will strive to help where possible. Highly recommend

On moving-in day we were presented with a New Home box which was a lovely surprise, full of biscuits, teabags, and vouchers for useful places (it's also a good place to keep paperwork). Belvoir which included Barrie and his team went the full mile in dealing with the letting of our property. As we no longer live in the UK we relied on Barrie to take full control of everything to do with the letting from vetting potential clients, upkeep of the property, utility, dealing with any emergencies and servicing.

Even considering the time difference Barrie was always available for feedback and replying to emails promptly and let us feel at ease knowing everything was taking care of.

Recently came out of a rented accommodation with another agent. Lets call them, NoRings. We contacted Belvoir regarding a property of a family friend. They were fantastic. Helped with all our requests and made the process so smooth. Went to the office to collect keys and all members of the team appeared to know our names and communicated. Really lovely team and its very rare id recommend anyone as a rule but I will definitely recommend this agent.
