Excellent Service!

We had an amazing 3-day trip to London. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Damian was very quick to respond to messages and handled some last-minute changes with ease. Our driver, Paddy, was brilliant—extremely courteous and friendly throughout the trip. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We’ll hope to book with Belle Vie again for our next trip. I wouldn't normally review a bus service but the 391 (Macclesfield/Stockport) is one of the best, most enjoyable, most personal and friendly services I've experienced in my many decades of public transport travel. It feels more like a (company-enabled) community, a driver + passengers family that looks after each other. The team should be proud of what they're doing and are a credit to Cheshire East's public services. Nice work!

The service received from Belle Vue MCR this weekend has been amazing. From booking with Damian to our driver Marc. We even had a pre-event call 2 days ahead of the event to go through journey details which really put us at ease. Nothing was too much trouble even when we needed to add an additional drop off on our return journey. The buses we had were really smart, clean and new exactly what we needed for our guests going to a wedding. We have used Belle Vue regularly and will continue to use moving forwards.
