Absolutely regretful experience. The worst taxi experience I've ever had in my lifetime.

I called and was promised the taxi within 5 mins. I patiently waited. After some 15 mins of no show, I dared to call again and ask what the situation was. Instead of hearing any kind of apologies for running so horribly late, the guy snapped at me that he was on his way. I felt a bit scorned. The apologies never sounded in the talk by slightest, and if did, it possibly might have helped. But he was too big for his shoes to ever apologize to pests such as clients...
I patiently kept waiting on the cold. After another 15 mins of a no show, I took my risk to call once again....this time however I didn't have a privilege to even speak to anyone, as having seen my number , the guy wouldn't pick up, nor would he ever call back either , of course.
I was blatantly stood up, treated like a pest, and it was overall a gruesome experience.
After this story, you, who are reading this, please tell me, is this a taxi company, or is it just some ghoulish joke...?
The worst "so-called" taxi in Kilmarnock if it even could be called that anyway

I sincerely don't recommend

It was my first time calling Bell Air

And the last one. Never again

Called for a cab today and my call was answered by someone who was clearly driving, driving while on the phone? Yeah that's professional, he was driving erratically to the point where I couldn't hear anything but bumping and banging sounds and the sound of the engine, not could he hear me needless too say I dodged that and went elsewhere

By far the most reliable taxi firm in Kilmarnock always count on the smallest of firms to provide the best service the major firms would leave me waiting up to an hour despite having pre booked my cab, highly recommend

Excellent service last night with Hugh. He went above & beyond last night when we stoped as we seen an older gentleman was lying injured on the ground n waited with us whilst awaiting the ambulance n made sure we got home safe. Thank you
