The one Terry loves must is Ishrat he has not been here as been abroad.
As soon as Ishrat is home please put back on Terry's rota.
He is very caring and looks after Terry very well.

😊😊Firstly i am very thankful to bees care company and all bees care family because as a carer I got a very good opportunity for carrier. Apart from that, the all staff and owner are very helpful they always stand with there employees as well as their clients in every situations . In short, am totally satisfied as a employee. It was ok for first couple years I worked there I got an award after few months of working here, but then rota team mess your times up a lot not giving you enough travel time to travel to clients they say they will keep you in your area near to your home then they don’t. Laura in the office isn’t very nice treating staff not nice and also making several carers cry which is uncared for. Staff in office not listening to carers when we see clients regularly we know better than office staff what they are like and what times they like etc. some nice staff but also bossy staff thinking they know better than others. I left recently but I also know a lot of other carers that have left recently with the way they get treated and also not being given enough hours. I wouldn’t recommend working or being a client for bees at all!! I only really got on with 2-4 staff members in office. And the way I was treated unfairly they didn’t treat me equal all the time even though I have disability and other bits they also don’t care about carers mental health and I know carers even now that are thinking of leaving so that says it all.

During this month in which I have been cared for by Bee's Care I have experienced a great time of care and good attention, I didn't feel that I am alone, although it's been the first time to be left alone because my family went on holiday. But the excellent care, support and attention which was provided to me by the carers made this month to pass by like a week, the carers (Ishrat,Hassibul, Nabil and kamarul) are very hard-working, polite, respectful and friendly people.
I enjoyed their friendly and humane attitude towards me, they are very hard-working, punctual and respectful people, I always felt safe with them and built a strong friendship with them.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bee's Care and its dedicated staff and carers for all they have done for me during this month and wish you all the best.

He is very happy with the care service from Bee’s care.He get’s excellent care from Ishrat ,he is very caring and attentive to his needs.Peter has missed Ishrat over the past few weeks and is looking forward to his return.Overall he appreciates the support from Bee’s care .

Had the bees care person come round my house seemed very nice, wanted them to look after my husband, they told me how much it was, so I agreed, when I got bill I was shocked they charged me for the assessment which was quite a lot, they never told me I would be charged for that, then what I agreed to pay an hour was much more, I rang them but didn't seem bothered, it's a shame because I would of used them again, just make sure you get everything in writing before you take them on, because I'm reluctantly are going to have to pay them £52.00 more than was agreed, never again
