We recently used Beercocks to sell a local property for a family member currently living abroad. Steve Beercock came to do the initial valuation as was exceptional, he was so knowledgable, friendly, professional and gave excellent advice. Steven produced a fantastic brochure with great photos and video footage, that we believe really helped with the sale of the house.

The service from everyone was extremely professional and all the staff were helpful and pleasant at all times. We communicated regularly and dealt with Natalie, Amy and Josh to arrange viewings etc.

Particular special mention to Belinda Dixon who has been outstanding throughout the whole process including very helpful advice, regular updates and discussions regarding sale and understanding of the situation with the vendor currently living abroad and ensuring he was also kept
