I find beeline very frustrating, I'd say 70% of the time they're very reliable (although have had drivers turn up very early many times). Drivers are almost always polite and friendly and remember me from previous trips. However, when they let me down it's always a huge problem. I use this service to get me to work, and on numerous occasions now I've had my cab be over twenty minutes late with no update given to me either by text or website, and have even had drivers themselves apologise as they were confusingly sent to jobs very far away before me and wouldn't have physically been able to get to me in time. I once even had a cab pick up someone who was not me when I had prepaid for it, and then missed my train due to waiting for the company to sort out the confusion. This morning is my first day at a new job, I had booked my cab in advance for 8:20 which would have given my driver 40 minutes for a 25 minute journey. It's currently 08:42 and having called beeline (they still have not even sent the usual text to tell me my cab is en route), I apparently still have 10 minutes til it gets here. With the amount of money I pay for this service I would at least expect it to arrive on time to get me to my own job. To me this seems like a disappointing lack of communication within the business, and it's very disheartening to see time and time again as a customer.

Excellent timings: pickups were a couple of minutes early in both cases. Good communication via text. First driver was excellent, second broke the speed limit in built up areas and was fast and jerky on the country lanes. Loved our first driver, second one not so much. Hence just 4 stars.

We use Beeline a good deal for short and longer journeys. Always simple to book, always reliable. Our driver for a long trip to Cobham however yesterday evening was outstanding, just really good driving.
