Otis was fantastic from start to finish during my job search, I couldn’t have asked for better support. He presented me to his client and highlighted all my experience and transferable skills in a way that made the client excited to meet me ahead of interview. He ensured that throughout the decision making process I was updated regularly with any new information and when I was offered an alternative role, he talked me through both options, sensibly and rationally. I took the role with his client and I’m really excited to begin a new chapter of my career. Fantastic. Nick and Jess are both superb, I applied for a job through team4you and received a call a day or two later. Nick was very informative and pleasant regarding the job as above mentioned I applied for. I therefore had an interview and have to say it was extremely professional whilst also very friendly and a pleasure to be involved in, something you don’t always feel at interviews! Jess was also excellent, especially in delivering me the good news that I got the job! I start in about 10 days and honestly can’t wait. Thanks to both and it’s been a pleasure.

Would I recommend Teams4You to an employer looking to recruit or to someone considering a job change? Absolutely.

I've faced many challenges when it comes to recruitment companies. "We can only arrange an interview during the working week". "We will need to have the initial call between 9 -5 pm" "The client would like to interview you. It will be in two days, you'll need to have time off to attend... Can you call in sick to make it?". A lot of questions I often find inflexible and sometimes inappropriate.

Teams4You did not do any of this.

Otis contacted me at a time suited to me outside of work hours, made a special arrangement with the client to ensure I could do the interview before work and still get to my current employer on time. They were always available for any questions or concerns I had and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process.

I know, "too good to be true!" right? It isn't.

Team4You went above and beyond to give me the best experience and, for that reason, after such an outstanding service, I will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in my future career and wish them the utmost success in all their endeavours.
