Great place for a dog walk. Many friendly dog walkers there too. It is usually very muddy in the winter months so bring your Wellies. It's a lovely place for a picnic in summer. Most beautiful wild flower meadows to see in the spring. Winter is also very beautiful in Bedelands. We're so lucky to have such a wonderful place here in Burgess Hill.

What a pleasant surprise this place turned out to be. Just 7 min away from us, we were not aware of it before.
Nice walks and a lot of information about the history of the farm. Very well done, very well signed, nobody can get lost here. We will be back.

Nice woodland. Lake is the highlight. The water cascades are good, particularly after rain.

Can do as long or short a walk as you want here. There are maps sign posted around marking your current location so it makes it very easy to find your way round. There are board walks over marsh areas and the waterfall is beautiful. The dogs enjoyed a dip in the lake. Car park was free but fairly small so was full by the time we got back to the car. You need to walk through the park to get to the nature reserve walk so a great spot for a picnic or field games before or after your walk.

Lots to explore, a brilliant place for a dog walk!, For family young and old. Good pump tracks for bikers. Beautiful open fields, woodland and a lake. My son found a swing and had a great time. Not a flat terrain, hilly in places. Social and friendly?♥️

Good place for either short or extended walks. Very helpful maps located around, so it’s easy to find your way around.
The terrain can be very muddy for a number of days after heavy rain, so appropriate footwear needed.
The Ouse Valley viaduct is not that far away and well worth a visit while in the area.

Really lovely place to walk. Fields filled with wildflowers, woods to wander through, even and a lake and a waterfall. What more could you want!
Also, good signage which was super helpful.
