Beck Isle Cottage is probably the most photographed Cottage in the country. It is a beautiful setting on the stream that runs through the village. The stream is so clean that you can sometimes see trout swimming in it. The village is very attractive and quiet despite all the visitors. It was a great place to visit.

Beautiful thatched roof cottage in a picturesque setting. There’s a small walk along the river past the cottage which I highly recommend. The Village is a 2min walk with shops, pubs and food. Great place to stop and explore 👍

Beck Isle Cottage or Beck Isle Museum is the main attraction at Thornton-le-Dale in the North Yorkshire Moors and possibly the most photographed building in the beautiful village just outside Pickering.

Beck Isle thatched cottage dates from the 17th century and is listed grade II. There's a lovely beckside path that passes right by. Ideal place for a leisurely stroll.
