I was surprised and disappointed by my experience at your casino. When I tried to use the cash machine, a staff member refused and stated it was only for players. However, just moments earlier, someone else had been allowed to use it. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told it was because they were a friend of the staff. This felt highly unprofessional, and the staff’s response was extremely rude and carried an arrogant attitude. I believe all guests should be treated with fairness and respect, regardless of personal connections.

Absolutely love this place, the staff are very friendly, they do good rewards, you collect points each visit and you can exchange for cash matches. The coffee is lovely. Great location and different mix of people. I love the music while I'm playing

Honestly, that was a great place to me,I took all the promotions there, what I was given and I've never gambled with my own money,I suggest you guys go and just take profit don't spend your own money there,don't be worried about the staff,thay just think,that they are smart hahahaahhaaaaaaaaa

I had the pleasure of visiting Be Lucky recently and would like to share my amazing experience.
From the moment I entered until the time I left, I was enveloped by an exciting atmosphere and exceptional hospitality.
The absolute highlight is the amazing and caring staff and especially the manager Dairus.
Everyone was exceptionally professional and amazing.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Darius is the type of person I’d have run my business he runs a tight ship. Dianna is such an amazing help, she is always so friendly a great addition to the team!

Thought was good at first and then on my 3rd trip the ticket machine didn't dispense my notes. I informed staff, one guy at least listened to me the other one (a short girl) just blamed me. Couldn't be asked to argue so just took the loss and walked out 🤣

If you have any complaint, they will not listen to you, nor simply ignore without any response. This reckless approach tells me something: "no matter what, gambling business is addicted to exploit people's gambling addictions". The poorly management of the customer complaints proves this, if not making gambling business dubious as a whole. Simply, disgraceful!
