I can’t fault Ben, great service! Bought an m4 competition a few weeks back now and it’s a great car for a fair price. If you want to buy a used car then this is 100% the best place to go.

I had a situation with a used car beforehand and i went to view a car Ben had for sale. I was provided with the cars service history and some of its back story. This was reflected in the vehicle i was looking at. Due to my situation i payed a deposit and Ben kindly held the car for me while i sorted the previous car out.

Well today i picked up the car Ben had for sale and i couldn’t thank him enough for holding it for me. It was washed and dried ready to drive away. It has definitely brought my love back for cars. Compared to the other dealer, i had trust in Ben and he was honest and polite throughout the process.

Extremely happy with Ben and his service provided. The car was as described with no surprises, love the walk round videos also and details. Ben was always available to ask questions. He was also happy for me to request some additional paint work on the car at an extra cost. No rush or hassle was a simple smooth transition and a collection date that suits. Fantastic and effortless buying experience. Totally unrushed, Ben made time for us out of normal working hours and was very knowledgeable about the cars he had in stock. Picked the car up, it was spotless and freshly detailed, all PDI works completed to a very high standard. I'll be back for my next car!

Just needed to add a few lines to this review. You expect and hope for a car purchase to be effortless, but there is always some snagging that occurs. In this instance the clutch started to slip after 300miles of driving. Ben was an absolute trooper for us. Incredibly apologetic and put the issue right with a full new clutch, tracking, and even gave the car a service and a clean. It is this attention to detail for the customer experience that sets BC apart from others out there. Ben I applaud you and thank you for your help and assistance during this time.
