Well equipped and plenty of room. Has a small garden. Parking for two cars at a pinch. It is a holiday "estate" so lots of holiday homes some looking a bit shabby. Great location close to Padstow and North Cornwall beaches which are great. Rented two villas for family celebration in Cornwall. No service required we just got on with it.

We booked a couple of days between moving from Hertfordshire to a new house in Cornwall. One of the key requirements was decent internet. The details mention ‘high-speed internet! Which it certainly wasn’t. Very patchy and unreliable. As this was a key requirement (we needed to be communicating with solicitors, removals team etc) the property was not great. Contrary to other reviews, the property was clean and well appointed. Just a shame that our key requirement was not fulfilled).

Just spent a 4 night stay and had a fab time. The villa was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The only down side would be the Venue, although we only tried the sports bar when we got here, suffice to say we didn’t go again ! Will definitely come to the villa again as it’s location for such amazing beaches and towns is spot on.

Nice and comfortable villas. There were few basic things missing like bin bags, basic salt/pepper stuff. Nisa shop nearby was closed for some reason. One of the chairs was broken and not mentioned anywhere. My daughter fell off it and then we realised why it was kept away from the table.
Garden is small but there is a play area nearby. Views are not amazing but considering the cost, this is what you choose for.

The villa was not clean when we arrived - unwashed cutlery and plates, unclean bedding, just dirty overall. The bedding issue was catered for as we were given fresh bedding for the whole villa, but we were left to our own devices regarding the dirty utensils. My group cleaned them all with nothing to compensate for this. Other than the state upon arrival, the villas are great for a group holiday and the beds are comfortable. Having slept on the sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a sofa bed can be.

Great accommodation - modern, good quality, clean, very spacious. Sadly not "dog-friendly", as advertised. Merely "dog-tolerant". No pets on first floor, which isn't easily achievable with anxious dogs.

Just returned from a three night stay. This was our second visit and we really enjoyed it in spite of the weather!|The villa (No. 8) was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything you could wish for in respect of self-catering. We really enjoyed the large, smart TV and the outside patio with seating when the sun did shine.|Would not hesitate to recommend these villas as everything including nearby beaches and Padstow is easily accessible. The Venue Bar (5 minutes walk away) is also very good.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean spacious. Great location. No complaints. Nice DVD collection. Good TV in all rooms. Internet speed ok. But no where near normal home speeds. Quiet.. one neighbour playing the street opposite but didn't bother us too much but I was starting to peak with it. Would definitely stay again.
