A lovely apartment with spectacular views of Swansea Bay. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay there. Bay Estates are a delight to deal with, very efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be returning to this wonderful area in the near future.

Wonderful area full of marinas, boats, water and birds; lovely parks, markets, hiking trails and loads of places of interest. Great for singles and families. Fabulous service by Bay Apartments. Booked 3 separate times with them. Kate is a terrific person to work with in finding your ideal place to stay. Totally responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. Totally reliable and trust worthy in all respects. Wish I could rent from them worldwide!!!!

I recently stayed in a holiday cottage with Bay and had a really good experience with a very comfortable and affordable stay. This was at short notice after our holiday to France was cancelled. Prior to this, we have had very good experiences with both short and long stays via Bay. They are now my go to agency should I ever wish to rent a holiday home in Swansea.

I have again had the pleasure of staying in an apartment at Swansea Marina via Bay. Once more, we had a wonderful stay and everything during the process was smooth and professional. I will certainly continue to use Bay when returning to Swansea for short breaks. Highly recommended!

71 Meridian Bay apartments - this is a charming, one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, boasting stunning views of the beach and, of course, amazing sunsets and sunrises. The flat is well appointed, very clean and warm, extremely comfortable and, I would imagine, a great place for a summer break for a couple. With the beach directly below, and the town centre a matter of minutes away, this is a perfectly sited apartment. As ever, the attention to detail from Bay Estates was exemplary, from the ease of booking to the welcome pack in the apartment. A very pleasant stay.

Once again Bay have set the standard when it comes to customer service with their staff and their standard of apartment. Key collection was a breeze and I met additional members of staff both of whom demonstrated the highest of standards. The apartment was clean, fresh and had the most wonderful views - again there is nothing negative I can say about the property and there isnt even a single piece of feedback I would give. Such a wonderful accommodation. I was there for a week during some particularly nice weather in Swansea and the location was absolutely perfect. Check in was pretty simple, even though I arrived after hours on a Sunday and once I got the hang of the right parking space, that was very convenient too. The flat was large and spacious and a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and relaxing living area. The balcony was great to sit out on and look at the beach and see. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The Fisherman's Way apartment was somewhere we had stayed before, and we love it. The beds seemed even comfier this year, and the flat is very well appointed with plenty of plates and cups. The view across the bay is just great.
We had an issue with the washing machine, which was solved really quickly and efficiently by Bay Apartments.

A lovely flat with a stunning view. Great access to the beach, marina and local transport. I love the walk along the promenade to Oystermouth. Some may find the two flights of stairs too much but it was fine for us. Parking was a bit of a squeeze on a couple of occasions as I have a long car and the way other residents had parked meant it was impossible to manoeuvre my car into the allocated parking space. Luckily I was able to park in the visitor’s bay. Kate was a real help and very prompt in responding to queries. I would definitely book again.
