Took an A4 from Bristol airport. The timetable was poorly displayed to identify next bus. And the bus arrived severely late for 20 minutes. I could have comfortably waited in the airport with my phone charged instead standing so long like an idiot till my phone’s battery dead.sincerely wish you burn in hell.

Well recommended as you get two tours, a tour of the city, and a tour of the skyline, lots of historic information, however watch out for the trees in the skyline tour on the open top deck 😳

Bath Bus Company supposedly are part of the £2 fare cap scheme on the A4 route between Keynsham and Bath, at least that's the information they gave to TravelWest. Upon boarding the bus it turns out they're not, and they lied- the fare was much more expensive. The driver had no idea about it. When I contacted TravelWest they said they were given the information by Bath Bus Company- so Bath Bus Company are scamming people. A complaint got me nowhere.

Avoid this scam company. I'm never travelling with them again and giving them any more of my money.

We had a the opportunity to travel on your hop-on hop-off bus 4 times last week in Cardiff. We were lucky enough to have Darryl (spelling?) as our driver on all 4 trips. We wanted you to know he was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, informative and freely offered a number of suggestions (all good) of sites we should visit including how to get there. We visited each of his recommendations. He's a great person to have on your team. The trip on your bus was well worth the money especially since you can use your ticket the next day as well.

This was a complete rip off. We were charged £41.50 for 2 adults, there was no commentry at all so we didn't know what we were looking at and someone was smoking the whole journey.
When we got off to visit the park we had no idea when the bus would come back and ended up walking back into town. We were only in Bath for the day so didn't have time to do the other tour. There was no leaflet or much information at the bus stop so we had no idea it was so expensive. Might as well get the regular buses only £2 adults and £1 per child.
Very disappointing.

The buses leave very frequently so there isn't a crowd of people wanting to take the seats up top. There are discounts for students and senior citizens which was very good for me and my parents. The tickets are reasonably priced, particularly as are valid on the city area tour and Skyline route.

I enjoyed the Skyline route better because wasn't dense with tourists and lets you appreciate the scenery which, in my opinion, is more beautiful than the historical monuments that most tourists seem to be more interested in.

There was quite a jolly tour guide on the Skyline route and the city route bus had recorded narrations in different languages. It made the experience more informative and memorable.

I would give 6 star if permitted... Went with my two children who are special needs. The driver was very kind to give us a discount and when asked about a certain stop to hop out. Driver actually came top deck and informed my family, this is your stop!! I have been to many bus tours but 1st time ever for experienced such wonderful service, ethic-at. GREAT SERVICE SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!

Two separate tours one round the town and one into the country on the same ticket which is valid for two days.
Good value some tours have a real guide while other have the audio guide (headphones supplied).
The tours take in all the main sites and stop off near everything you are likely to want to visit.
Well worth doing the buses are very frequent so it means they are never very busy.
