Sadly, ever since we paid in full at the beginning, we've had to constantly badger them for assistance. It seems our enquiries are assigned to just one person who is likely overloaded with work and instructed to focus on in-store customers. Meanwhile, when you walk past the branch, there are always 2+ members of staff who don’t appear to be busy. It's made us feel like the irritable customer constantly pestering for help, which isn’t the relationship we need. Clearly, once you've paid, you're no longer a priority, which is quite disheartening.

Katrina in Barrhead Birkenhead was so lovely, helpful & patient with my friend and I as we booked a holiday. They were obviously busy but we were not rushed. She took the time to find exactly what we wanted and at the best price. Would highly recommend.

This is the only shop I will ever book my holidays through. The manager Anthony really shows that he cares when finding me and my family the perfect holiday. And the staff has have been careful selected to match his service. I would go so far as to say that we are treated like royalty whenever we call the shop.

We used Anthony to find our trip to Amsterdam and New York, and have just booked again for a 14 night cruise next year!

Highly recommended, would give 10 stars if I could

Hannah went above and beyond for me finding my perfect little getaway for a total relax. She shown us a few different options to ensure we had the choice and gave us multiple package prices which made the whole experience with booking our holiday so much easier. Everything was sorted and emailed over super quick too!
