An absolute rubbish service. I use this company for my daughters transfer to school as I have no other choice. The driver threatens to kick her out the bus if she hasn’t got her pass. I admit I usually call a couple of days later than I should but due to work, and the clashing working hours, I have no choice but to and I use them every year so that being said, they should be aware that a paying customer always comes back. I spoke to a lady named JESS whose the only person that takes the payment so if she’s not in, you can’t make the payments which means no payment then you can’t get on the bus. On top of that, most of the time, the driver comes late in picking them up and dropping them back home. There’s been a time when My daughter came home from school at 5.30pm rather than 4.15pm because the driver came late. As you can imagine, I would be worried. I spoke to Jess earlier on and addressed my issue about the driver, she got so defensive and tries to point it on me. I was gobsmacked. I’m paying for service so I expect my daughter to feel safe. I did speak to the manager ages ago and he seems very helpful and understanding which is good but Jess is one rude lady.

My church group's bus was 1 hour late and we missed Jesus Christ superstar!
I was really looking forward to seeing the play about our lord and savior but we missed it! Our priest broke his hip running to get to the show and even if he didn't we still would have missed it! Over all I think a stern talk with the bus drivers are in order! 😡

This bus company is on bus duty for my school but they rarely are on time and give the students some coaches with terrible aircon on some of the hottest days. About a year ago they gave us a bus which didn’t have enough seats for everyone to sit down on. Not reliable at all.

I took the coach from Southampton to Dublin.
Firstly, the coache was incredibly uncomfortable and did not have enough leg room especially for me as I am 6 foot 3 but there was also not enough room for people much shorter to fit there legs. Our return journey the coach broke down on the motorway multiple times. In addition the back of the coach was so hot that a shoe melted from being on the floor. When we complaining apparently the coach was perfectly road worthy and "engines get hot love". The fact that the coach broke down numerous times in the middle of the motorway causing cars and lorries to swerve around us is clear evidence that the coach was not road worthy.
The drivers were nothing but rude and sexist towards our tour leader and as a result have been sent on a customer care course.

If you would like a good coach company this is not it "love", please look elsewhere.

Only gave one star because Google doesn't allow negative stars. Somehow, the coach was handled worse than Brexit. Like Brexit intact, there were nearly multiple crashes due to the coach just breaking down mid-motorway, causing vehicles to swerve dangerously in the pitch black of night. Mulitple people at the back of the coach were made ill by the engine heat, and a rubber shoe was melted by it. Worst of all, the bus drivers were rude and sexist towards our lovely tour leader. I would not even make my worst enemies travel wtih this unreliable company, genuinely a disgrace.

Not surprised you only score 1.5 rating. This 'have a go hero 'tried to drive this emormous bus down Fenwick Road in Falmouth this morning. The narrow road with a 13 foot stone bridge isn't even suitabe for caravans. He had to reverse out onto the A39. Chaos all around only two weeks after a similar hero took out the telegraph pole on the corner. If you cannot train your drivers, at least screen them for common sense.

I SEWAR TO THE MOTHER LAND. Jerusalem Cunningham would not be a happy man. this bus was so late that my dad killed himself and my dog ran away with the car. I can't believe that I was almost 17 seconds late to my chicken and chips. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE and I will make sure to have a firm word with your supervisor. Richard, I'm coming for ya neck.

This bus is consistently late to pick me up to go to school as well as plenty of other students and most of the drivers don’t even have the decency to apologise. I’ve been late to two if my exams in the past two days now and it’s getting really frustrating.
