Our tour (FTI Sports Tour) secured 2 buses and drivers for a 10 day trip across the UK. Our two drivers were true professionals shining while navigating the chaotic streets of London after football matches and when carefully loading our baggage. They provided comfort and safety to create a relaxing a memorable trip. I wish I could remember our two drivers names, they were terrific.

One of your drivers taking a coach down a side road in Oxford took the time to stop get out and verbally abuse a neurodiverse man sitting in his car reading quietly when she struggled to get the bus past his car. As an observer I was horrified and spoke to him shortly after. He was very upset by the encounter. This was at 15:00 on the 1st of March on Lathbury Road

December 20th Trip to London to see the lights very disappointing, the driver missed a pick up at Cheiverly services, we had to go reading and rurn round and go back to pick up. We got to Covent garden late we had just over a hour instead of 2hr 30 min, had time for a rushed look around and a stop for a cup of tea... back on coach for 4pm. We didn't see Selfridges nor Harrods, he said we went past but he could have called out to tell us we were coming up to Harrods, it was raining so not a good veiw. Never going to London on a fri again, traffic is horrendous.

My nans (97 and 90) just spent Christmas at a sub standard hotel in Scarborough and were then left waiting for three hours for a feeder bus on their return journey. Not acceptable and will be pursuing.

Couldn’t recommend Barnes enough. We’ve just returned from a 4 day tour of Belgium / Germany. The coach was brilliant and always clean and tidy throughout. Rob our driver was an absolute diamond and the best driver I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He made everything super comfortable for us throughout and went out of his way to research and ensure that the trip ran as smoothly as possible. He is a real asset to barnes.
