Barn and Beach have been managing our holiday rental for many years. Always professional , Micheal and his team look after the property as if it's their own Always clean when guests arrive and there if needed. I would recommend Barn and Beach if you are looking for a company to look after your holiday rental

We love staying here. This is our 3rd year visiting and this time we stayed in seascape. Accommodation is lovely and clean, the view is outstanding and we absolutely love it. We are already booked for next year and we cannot wait!

Beautiful place to go for a holiday. Beach on your door step.
We love going to Barn & Beach, my husband loves the fishing, and I love walking on the beach and reading.
My favourite accommodation is the maisonette.
Everything you need for a week away is in this maisonette. Very clean too.

Lovely welcome from Michael, room was lovely and spacious with ample facilities. Breakfast was just amazing both mornings with a good range to choose from. Micheal was a great host, easy to chat with. Definitely recommend.

Relaxing, had a great 3rd visit to Church View in Happisburgh. Many thanks to Michael. The property was so clean and had everything we needed. Many thanks for the wine & flowers a nice extra touch.....hope to be back soon!

Lovely relaxing space, with good food and lovely personal touches in the room. Nice and near to the beach, but only 11 miles from Norwich! Best of both worlds!
