I popped in on the off chance someone was available to help me change my name. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the entrance, booked in at the desk, then waited no more than 10 minutes to see Janelle. I thought this was brilliant considering I didn't even have an appointment. Once seated, we went through all the documents (which the others had checked I had with me, to save me waiting if I didn't have them). Janelle was so kind, celebrating our marriage with us & came across as genuinely happy for us. She was professional but friendly at the same time. We would definitely recommend her for any in branch needs. Thank you for making the process so easy!

I needed some further assistance with a bit of a complicated problem. I have previously been to the Peterborough branch of Barclays (Cathedral Square) and been impressed by Kathryn Moore so I asked if I could see her again. Luckily she was available and could see me straight away. She remembered my previous visit of a month ago and had me sorted out and on my way in less than 15 minutes. As a customer I’m so impressed with Kathryn’s efficiency along her understanding and supportive nature. I’m dealing with quite a stressful issue at present but Kathryn’s excellent customer service skills made a complicated issue seem easy. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help Kathryn.
