Was there for a karate class.
Staff have always been great. Happy and pleasant.
Will def be booking this place for a big karate course.

The facilities and staff are excellent, especially Sharon Hinds, who coaches many of the classes.
The one star I docked is due to an ongoing glitch with their computer system. Although I pay a monthly membership that allows me to use all the water activities for free, the online booking system has a 3-strike rule that bars users if they fail to attend three or more booked activities. This might not be so bad, but despite scanning in with my barcode either at the gate or with a human at reception, the system continues to list me as non-attending. I’m not the only one this happens to as it’s common knowledge amongst users. Staff are happy to cancel the 3 strikes when I explain but it still just keeps happening. It’s a really irritating issue as you don’t discover your strikes until you try to book your next session and then you have to phone or go in person to get it sorted.
If they ever fix this, it would be a very easy 5*!

I've only used the gym which is massive but still gets busy at peak times. Lots of equipment for all levels. I do wonder how many people actually pay for the gym though as it's pretty easy to just walk in off the street. One of the barriers seems to always be open and no one asks to see membership paperwork.

Simply one of best aquatics and leisure facilities around. The spotless facilities are 2nd to none (anywhere) and the every member of staff is kind, warm and welcoming, they wont hesitate to go the extra mile for each and every person that walks in.

Absolutely lethal patch of tiles between 2 activity areas in the leisure pool. The pirate ship slide could also do with a warning area painted at the bottom, my daughter got cleaned out twice by people coming down the slide

I've been using the gym here for years,the place is spotlessly clean, the staff and professional and very friendly, the equipment was refused 2 years ago so it's in great condition, the surroundings are calm and in keeping with the rest of the centre, highly recommended.

We went to go swimming in the leisure pool to use the slides. Nothing was said at reception about it being closed. It being our first time there we asked a member of staff at the pool what way to go, she directed us to it. Then, after a couple of mins another member of staff came in to say that it was closed for a reservation for the day. We were quite disappointed, and noticed that there was a strong lack of communication between the various staff.
