Have never felt so let down, or disappointed as i have done dealing with baldwins in Uckfield , thought I would use local travel agents, never again. Never got back to me when they said they were going to unless i contacted them, each time given the excuse of having to wait for a price, not accurate at all as it turned out who i was dealing with was away for that week and nobody knew anything about me, last contact was told the same thing waiting for a price, days later i am still waiting, the most concerning thing about all of this is that it was actually the manager that i had been dealing with.

Fabulous 7* service for booking my family holiday to Mexico. The agent could not have been more helpful with the detail on best hotels in the area, places to go and I was easily able to deal with my requests in person and over the phone. They did EVERYTHING!...including transfers to and from the hotel. The holiday was by far one of the best I've ever been on. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Have booked 3 holidays with Baldwins Travel in Uckfield (over the phone, many emails and as well as going into see Laura who I've dealt with each time). Nothing was too much and one of my visits, Laura spent 3 hrs with myself going through my holiday options. I've spoken to the other ladies over the phone, who have always been very helpful. Very happy with the first 2 holidays and we're looking forward to our 3rd one in a few weeks time. Would definitely recommend this travel agent and the staff there are very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help as much as possible, regardless whether you book through them or not.

Absolutely fantastic customer service all staff are very well trained and have an enormous amount of travel experience. Couldn't fault them. This is the second time I've used them to organise my holiday and not disappointed in any way. Lovely to talk to a person and follow up service is brilliant. Well done 👏

Poor service. Made to feel embarrassed by a staff member who wasn't even serving me, left feeling like I wished I'd gone elsewhere. Very rude and sarcastic. People I was with agreed. Recommend going elsewhere.
