Baldwins have been our travel agent of choice for several years. We have enjoyed many holidays abroad arranged by them, including to the U.S., Europe and the West Indies, and consider them second to none in the care they take with every aspect of our time away, whether as a couple or involving the whole family, so special thanks to Kim and the team. On one occasion, we were obliged to postpone our holiday for a few weeks for personal reasons, and it was such a relief to have Baldwins' professional expertise liaising with the hotel and the carrier on our behalf. Excellent service from Katie at Baldwin’s. I haven’t used a travel agent for nearly 20 years but this year with 4 kids and 4 adults all with different requests I needed some help. Took the time to walk up to Baldwins on Friday afternoon (,use crutches)to try and get help to book a holiday.
I gave them all my details, requirements for holiday, advised that they would call me back in 2 days.
I am very disappointed not to have a call back , even if it was to tell me they couldn't find me a suitable holiday .
Very poor service!!!
