An hour and half journey up turned in to a 4hr plus trip up due to so many stops in fact over 9 stops so after that i lost track , no communication about this so very poorly organised. A 3hr up and back journey plus 2 1/2 hour show turned in to a 12 hr trip . Never ever using this company ever again and will never recommend . Back to Berry's coaches we go who have never let us down like this .

Since last November, I've had seven day-out trips cancelled, with Bakers Dolphin, through lack of numbers. A week ago, I asked for my money back and was told 5 days for the money to return to my bank! I thought this was a long time as they took my money instantly when first paying. I've enquired twice but are still waiting for a refund! Infuriating. Poor

Just met Bakers Dolphin coach going through a village, the lady driver quite clearly doesn't realise that you give way if your side of the road is blocked. Instead she just drove straight at us on the wrong side of the road, even though we had a trailer on the back. Amazing driving on her part and really good impression of the company she works for, not the best advertising. Too top it off we got treated to hand signals and bad language, even though we hadn't done anything wrong.

Just in Padstow Cornwall having a delicious breakfast sat outside when one of your coaches turns up reg no BU18YMF & sat there 10 minutes with the engine running choking us with diesel fumes, do you pay only 80p a litre for diesel? seems like your driver likes over polluting the environment for sure totally unnecessary. Matter been reported to VOSA & DVSA .

Went to Bournemouth on a day trip, which over all was OK. The downside was on using the toilet on the coach, I found it absolutely disgusting not cleaned, no soap in the soap dispenser and the toilet roll soaking wet, clearly someone is not doing their job properly and checking these things. I then had to wonder round Bournemouth as soon as I got off the coach looking for antibacterial wipes and gel, this is not acceptable and off putting, as other people also used the toilet and obviously without soap and cleanliness germs spread! Bakers dolphin need to check these things and have a strong word with who ever is responsible for not doing their job properly.

First day problems tachograph delayed the driver made him late. Taxi picking us up totally inappropriate for someone with disability. Entering the taxi hit my head leaving a gash, blood was contained as I wore a hat. Eventually got going, coach was fine comfortable and the driver was excellent throughout the trip. When we got to the hotel we were arbitrarily informed it was full and no one could change their rooms also our meal times would be changed because of the other groups needs. We had asked for a walk in shower which we got, but to get to our room we had 43 steps some very steep and worst of all one group had no handrail thus me risking a fall every time I negotiated them. Management's answer was there's nothing we can do about it. Our room was bijou, but we had a beautiful sea view, it was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful apart from management. Food was excellent. Bar prices very high. Trips out well planned and interesting, very much because of our excellent drivers knowledge.
