I used to love this place and would always buy my bakes from there but what a massive let down , I ordered a cake from them for my partners birthday on the 17th August (the only thing he asked for ) for me to travel a 3 hour round trip to get home cut the cake the next day and it be the Compleatly wrong cake (ordered happy hippo, vanilla sponge and recieved chocolate!), , now I’d contacted them straight away and Morgan got me to call her to apologise and to send photos. She was very sorry she offered me a choice of a full refund or part refund and another cake which I declined and asked for refund . But this was now nearly a month ago I’ve sent countless emails and sent bank details twice was told on the 26th aug would take 3-5 working days to which I’m still waiting to recieve ! I hate to write bad reviews but it’s just Compleatly unacceptable ! Don’t offer something you have not done. Just be mindful and make sure you double check your order request if buying a birthday cake , half of ours went in the bin due to most people hating chocolate cake !

So I got a bakeholics box 📦 from chantry place! In our city centre. They're absolutely amazing, every bite I could taste the love that's gone into making these, they are absolute perfection. I honestly can't fault these bakes & I've tried quite a few! They're delicious and ill certainly be back for me! The biscoff was my fav! As you can see I had to try this on our journey home 🏡
They're such good portion sizes too!

Absolutely one of the nicest cake shops ever, the cakes are to die for, the staff, always happy and helpful, young lady started this, all for her love of baking , and i must say for such a young lady, shes excelled herself. Worth a visit if you are travelling on the A11 to norwich, the broads or great yarmouth. You'll definately not be dissapointed. Also try the shakes mmmm!!!.They have excelled recently at lots of shows and events, selling out wherever they go. 5 stars from us girls who visit whenever we can, we always vear off to get our supply. Some are quite chunky, so i suggest you buy one of the larger bake slices, although i can eat a whole one, some may find them too much, as are large, cut them in half so you all get a taste. I have paid 6 quid, or more in a restraunt, for a measly piece of cake, but these are big and chunky, the cupcakes, light fluffy and oozing scrummy toppings.

A wonderful experience. My partner and I have been going to bakeaholics since it opened and have enjoyed countless treats of all shapes and sizes. These cakes are nothing short of spectacular.

It’s a family business run by some wonderful people, Morgan and Sam who I chat to every time I stop by, hats off to you and the rest of the team 🎩

I highly recommend bakeaholics to anyone with a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed.

Had a “old school cake” today at the old Buckenham show and noticed the cakes were about half the size they usually are!! Unfortunately the cake was vile thick icing poor sponge I have had s vs ales from here before and they have been nice but today was very very bad unfortunately

Finally we got to this place, we've been waiting along time, luckily no queue as it was raining, absolutely devine brownies, milkshake and cupcakes, the brownies and blondies are big enough to share as to much for me and I can eat alot of cake, and the price is very good considering what you pay for a dried out old cake from your local supermarket, the young ladies are all so friendly and polite which shows they really appreciate your custom. The only thing I would of wanted was strawberry /raspberries cake of some sort as everything was chocolate.... But the 2 days are different cakes on each days. Such a cute little shop.
