Really good agency, had a great experience throughout the move, from beginning whilst looking for a place all the staff were really helpful and great at communicating and finding what I was looking for. Then the whole setting up of the new property was also really easy and quick without any unnecessary uploading of lots of documents or statements. Bairstow Eves were great, especially Alara who saw me through my move. I wasn’t keen on the first place I viewed, so Alara had a few ideas and I loved the next one she showed me. Everything was completed really quickly which is what I had asked for, and it all went really smoothly. From viewing the property to move in it was just a few days! I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves for anyone looking for a property. Moving is hard and stressful but the team from Bairstow made it as smooth as possible. Loved the app to sort out all bills , made it so much easier. Alara was so kind and super helpful to us, went above and beyond even before we got the keys, my family were anxious about moving and she made everyone feel comfortable, always answering the phone or calling back, very flexible with meeting us as we all work different shifts, liasing between us and landlady for all our enquires...
