Honestly the best experience I've had from an agency so far. The terms are super fair, good pay, good benefits (OT, holiday etc) and they work around you as a driver rather than expecting you to work around them.

The guys there are really positive and helpful. They were in near constant communication as I went through my Class 2 test and got me on a temp to perm contract within a fortnight of passing.

Also worth mentioning as a disabled LGBT+ person they were incredible from the get go in terms of inclusivity, at no point did I feel anything other than welcome and valued and in this industry that's unfortunately rare.

If this job ever falls through I wouldn't hesitate to sign back on with them. 10/10

I’ve been working with Backline ( Avonmouth) since February last year. Started as a van driver and now I’m a HGV Class 2. I would say big thank you to the office staff, specially to Joe and Silviu( unfortunately, he doesn’t work any longer there).
It’s a friendly atmosphere, I’ve never run out of work, wages are really good and it’s a constant support if you need it.
Definitely I would recommend this agency!

After working with many agencies I have to say the avonmouth depot has been by far the most reliable. Been registered within 3 days was inducted trained and give a great workplace. Never had issues with time sheets payments nothing! Great friendly staff who are always willing to help. If your a driver of any sort definitely worth a ring!

Backline and the team in avonmouth have been fantastic. I was reserved at first, having dealt with many agencies across industries in the past, some even recently who phone ranting you can start this and that before even asking your name but I found the team here extremely approachable, realistic and to be honest the most professional agency I have known. I have actually turned down full time employment opportunities literally today in-fact to stay with the Backline avonmouth team because I was just so blown away by their attitude and professionalism which is apparent from the first phone call with them right through to meeting in person . My husband has been employed by this agency since early in the year and we have always found them to be professional and accommodating with regards to his availability and preferred area to work. They have provided training (hiab) to further his qualifications. He is now unfortunately leaving them as an old employer has offered him his job back but would highly recommend them to any driver looking for employment or a company looking for relief or permanent drivers.
