I’ve just narrowly escaped being killed or seriously injured by one of your drivers driving Vauxhall Vivaro (Black) P16KYC on the roundabout at Harp Lane/Hollow Lane South Petherton (TA13 5JH). Driving too fast onto the roundabout, not looking and nearly killed me on my motorcycle.
[My complaint has been completely ignored by BW Private Hire. Not impressed!]

Our journey to the Port of Southampton was good and on time with the driver knowing his way around the Port including current roadworks. Unfortunately on our return things were very different. The driver was over an hour and half late and didn’t know the Port at all, very disappointing.

I had to attend an appointment in London, well I was not expecting my transport that arrived, my driver (chip) made the whole trip a pure pleasure, and as it turns out a near neighbour, the car gave us a very smooth ride, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in excellent condition, could have just left the showroom, I can't rate Chip highly enough, well can't think of the words, please thank him once again for a great trip, I will happily highly recommend this company and Chip, he said its easier to pronounce

Filthy taxis, rude staff, turn up late, then leave you stranded. Ignore requests for certain types of vehicle. AVOID!!
