After the initial problem had of the driver not showing up on a booked ride to the airport my complaint was promptly actioned. The director replied back to my email with sincere apologies explaining that the problem was caused by an issue with the booking system. They offered a free ride on my return as sign of apologies. I used it for my mother who was coming to Bristol. The service was excellent with the driver awaiting the flight arrival and providing tracking details of their position. My mother was happy with the quality of service advising that the driver was really polite and the car extremely clean. Overall after a bad initial experience I am happy to have given a second trial to the company and can confirm they offer a quality service as well as the staff caring of keep their customers satisfied.

Booked a pick up from Bristol Airport but driver didn't show up. Our flight did show as delayed originally but landed 10 mins later than scheduled at 1.40am. Couldn't contact anyone at Bdriven on office or mobile number. I have used this vompany several times with no problems & understand things can go wrong but what I'm most annoyed with is that nobody has contacted me to explain what went wrong & I have rang office several times & asked if Steve could kindly call back but 4 days in & no response. An apology would have been very appreciated but unfortunately would not recommend. Not a reliable or professional company .

In response to your reply you omitted to mention that the driver rang at 2.38 am - nearly an hour after we had landed to ask if we had been picked up. He had been told our flight was to land at 3am ! We were already on our way home having had to find alternative transport after waiting at airport for half an hour in case your driver was delayed - he never actually reached the airport so therefore constitutes as a no show. I tried to ring you from Chania airport to say our flight would only be delayed by 15 mins ,at most 30 but the office phone wasn't answered so I left a txt message as there isnt another number to reach you on. It is very easy for anyone to track a flight.
You say I should complain to airline but I'm not sure why as they only had a delay of just 10 mins.
I am just sorry this couldn't have been sorted out in a simple telephone conversation .

Had a taxi booked for 6.10am to pick a coach up in filton, rang the company the evening before just to check everything was still on for the morning to be told yes see you in the morning. 6.10 came and no taxi we tried ringing 5 times with no answer by this time we had missed our coach had to get another lift to take us to Michael Wood Services to get the coach. Eventually had a voicemail at 7.45 to say they had system failure and could we ring in an hour? So they could sort something out. No apology from this company what so ever. Needless to say we wouldn't use them again.

I cannot recommend BDriven highly enough! Having used them for the past two years +, for Mum, the whole team and the drivers go above and beyond to look after Mum each week, for which we are truly grateful. Used for an early (0440) airport transfer for friends ski trip with multiple pick ups as we've used for family before. We had lots of gear plus an out of hours return (2200). Arrived as planned, polite, accommodating drivers and price as agreed. Price was comparable with other operators but I trust these guys to turn up!

Excellent service. Three cars, all on time, all clean and tidy. Changed the bookings a few times and never a problem staff always helpful and friendly. Early payment worked well. Great text communication throughout the day. Must be the go to taxi company in Bristol. I won't be using anyone else for my future bookings

We were left in the lurch at 2am outside the airport just before Christmas. B Driven were a no show. There was no communication, no cancellation, and no follow up apology. Appalling service!

Update: Spoken to B Driven who failed to in any way resolve the matter. Thoroughly dissatisfied customer, do not recommend.
