This company is clearly in breach of the Disability Discrimination Act as it charges a minimum £3 cancellation fee if you have to cancel a booking without giving at least 24 hours notice. It doesn't matter what the reason of cancellation is, there are no exceptions. This is clearly illegal & I will be taking this matter further, including notifying the Charities Commissoon.

This company is OK for for taking two disabled people in wheelchairs to and from Appointments but when asking for help of getting two disabled parents to a holiday resort which is 20 minutes down the road its all of a sudden its stepping on taxis toes even though no taxis in Suffolk have no mini bus for two disabled wheelchairs in which we may not be able to go now and will also lose money because i thought i could trust BaCT to do the task at hand. community transport is not like it use to be.
