Relying on Ayr Premier Taxis to get my daughter from the Ayr bus station to Hillfoot Road, 7pm Saturday evening. Just didn't turn up. Driver I booked with left my call running and heard him telling his pal that it was another booking that would 'tie him up'. So, don't take the booking having people relying on you! Had issues before where half way through the journey I was told ...sorry can't take card payments. Useless. Never again.

Had a car booked tonight to collect three people, one for the bus station in Ayr, two others to the train station. Taxi never turned up on time, I called to find out what’s happening, only to be told the car will be late 5-10mins, as they’ve only two cars on tonight. Not good enough!! Had to quickly make other arrangements to meet the bus and train, so never again Premier useless! Oh, and they hung up the phone on me. Suggest you use ANY other taxi company

Booked a taxi to take my Mum to a hospital appointment. Every aspect of the service was excellent. Really appreciated the clear communication and professionalism of the drivers. The pick-up and journey were smooth and we arrived at the hospital in plenty of time. Thank you!

I organised Ayr Premier for a weeks golf for 7 of us, as we had based ourselves last week in Ayr to play surrounding courses. Over 7 days, we not only used them for the airport pick up and drop off and golf courses, but every evening to get to bars and restaurants. Their service was impeccable, always on time and the drivers polite and very helpful. Any changes in plans(and there were a few) gave the response “no problem” and there weren’t any. They also use a trailer with their minibus which made it very easy to transport golf clubs, suitcases etc. Can’t recommend them enough. Will be using them again when we return next year.

Driver was on time. Very pleasant gentleman. Helped me in and out of cab.made sure I got across a busy road. Yes there are some gentlemen still about .I would always use Premier cabs.
