At 15:39pm on 18/10/23 on the A41 in Watford a coach (registration number BF23CFX) that is operated Axis & Globe Travel Ltd (and on it’s way back from the Harry Potter tour) rammed itself in front of my vehicle and was only about 1 inch away from scraping me. I had my little girl in the car with me and she was absolutely terrified!

At 15:51pm I phoned Axis & Globe Travel Ltd (on 020 3764 0900) but they were arrogant and refused to talk to me about it, they even slammed the phoned down on me!

I trust the coach driver and the Axis & Globe Travel Ltd phone operator will be reprimanded over their absolutely disgraceful behaviour!!

We were all supposed to be at the bus stop 15 min early. Still the bus driver, waiting in the closed bus, did not open the doors till 9:59 o clock. Then we waited super long in the bus, not starting the trip to the Studios because someone did not come in time, waisting the time of all of us others. The stuff is unfriendly and we totally regret booking this. The driver crossed 6 redlights.

Excelente servicii. Autocarul foarte curat și elegant. Dar în afara de acest lucru, ghidul Ana și șoferul au fost excelenți,
Experienta avuta cu Axis Globe și șoferul au fost ceva minunat. Eu îmi uitasem unul din telefoane in autocar in data 22 februarie 2025 excursia ce începuse la orele 16 iar la orele 23 am sunat disperata la firmă iar acolo apăsând tasta doi pentru urgență mi-a răspuns o doamna amabilă care a contactat șoferul. Șoferul ajunsese deja acasă dar a fost atât de uman încât s-a întors la garajul firmei și a cautat în autocar și mi-a recuperat telefonul și mai mult decât atât a venit cu masina personala până la Royal Național hotel și m-a așteptat aproape o ora pana am reușit eu sa vin sa imi recuperez telefonul. Deci la miezul nopții domnul sofer ma astepta sa îmi iau telefonul . Sper ca intr-o zi v-oi avea ocazia sa ma revanșez fata de acest mare OM. Menționez ca eu dimineața la 5 trebuia sa merg la aeroport și deasemenea ca telefonul meu era nou nouț, telefon foarte scump dar pentru ca mama mea se simțea rău în graba de a o cobori cât mai repede la aer, ea fiind cardiacă,am uitat unul din telefoane pe măsuță.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite wonderbox l’entrata agli studios di Harry Potter delle 16, in fase di prenotazione diceva di essere alla fermata alle 13:45 per poter partire alle 14 ed essere li per l’entrata agli studios delle 16. Quando è arrivato l’autobus ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto prendere il pullman delle 16(ben 2 ore perse) per essere li alle 17:30 senza nemmeno sapere se ci avrebbero fatti entrare lo stesso(visto che l’entrata era prenotata per le 16). Questo ha portato a una visita degli studios frettolosa, senza nemmeno poterci fermare a mangiare qualcosa. Noi e un altro gruppo di persone che hanno prenotato tramite questa agenzia hanno avuto lo stesso problema quindi non è stato un errore di mal interpretazione. Oltretutto abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare il punto di ritrovo che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. Non c’era nemmeno un numero di assistenza da poter chiamare. Pessima organizzazione e pessimo servizio, sconsiglio vivamente

Їздила з ними в студію Гаррі Поттера. Тур був на 7.30 ранку, виїхали на 5 хвилин пізніше бо чекали коли всі зберуться, у них є список з іменами туристів і чекають поки всі не прийшли. Приїхали десь в 8.30, сам тур працює з 9ї, тому півгодини було погуляти магазином. Часу нам дали 4 години, тобто збір був на 13.00. На мою думку, це дуже багато. Я обійшла весь тур за 2 години, потім десь година пішла на обід, і ще годину довелось просто стояти біля дверей, бо місць для сидіння там практично немає, а на вулиці не почекаєш бо дуже сильний дощ, та і нічого поруч все одно немає, тільки парковка. З мінусів - наш автобус стояв не на тому місці де нас привезли, і сам автобус був іншим, нам про це сказали що "можливо автобус буде іншим", але все одно було складно зорієнтуватись, бо там таких автобусів 100 штук і майже всі білого кольору. При посадці в зворотній бік вже немає списку з іменами, тому будьте дуже уважні куди ви сідаєте і запам'ятайте вашого водія з Лондона.
