It’s the 1st and last stay at white cliff bay, away resorts.A terrible park.our accommodation was a value chalet.and it was just that.we didn’t expect 5 star we expected it to be clean.we have 2 dogs and our home is spotless.no bitters in the bar and when we asked why not we were told it’s end of season so they don’t bother to order it..mould above shower door which fell off it was missing a roller..we didn’t sit on settee as it was grubby and damp.maybe it was that ,that was smelling when we first went into chalet.had to open all the windows and doors.Could go on but you get the gist no more Away resorts for us…………. We have been doing the Sun holidays for 20 years and never been so disappointed ☹️……..

Amazing bang spanking new caravan the best we’ve ever stayed in, so much so I couldn’t believe it was a static. We were in a dog friendly and our other guests in a dog free and theirs was even nicer! The dogs even got their own welcome pack which was a lovely touch. We were on the newer side of the park across the road but still only a short walk from the main hub. Standard park facilities and entertainment with the added outdoor cinema and entertainment area and a short walk to a great beach (particularly if you catch the tide out!). Friendly, helpful staff and security. Would definitely visit again.

Stayed at Barmouth Bay Resort for 10 days in a top of the range accommodation, indulgent!

The price was quite high, obviously taking advantage of the Covid situation.

Had all the mod cons
Living Area spacious
Bedrooms slightly tight but probably part of the attraction for the kids.

The whole area is beautiful and worth discovering.

The only niggle was the FREE WIFI is useless and you had to pay for faster speed, so if you want to do some online work and who wouldn't these days!, be prepared and arrange for alternative solutions in the house.

Well were do I start first van so dirty had to refuse was moved but this van still not clean we almost £500for 3 nights on fishing lakes with fishing peg and hot tub which did not work well we have been to Tattershall lakes around 7 times and my husband has NEVER CAUGHT A FIS WELL HE HAS TIDLER we will never go again been to park holidays and park dean had far better holiday for 7 nights for under £200. So this will be us I have lots of photos but I see you can't put photos on reviews and all this stress not good for my husband as he has cancerx2 and heart problems

Have stayed at Tattershall parks a few times - mixed successes but always enough for us to return as there is so much potential. This stay was much the same however it’s more the handling of an issue that has driven the review.

We searched for accommodation for a mid week break and instead of the usual TriBeca or Rockstar accommodation, we found a 3 bed alpine lodge which was slightly more expensive for 1 night less so decided to give it a try!

We arrived and were placed in a 2 bed lodge with a 3rd upstairs bedroom locked and only for use by the owners.

A query to guest services and we were advised by Della Denniss that whilst our holiday search results showed us a 3 bed lodge, that there was no 2 bed lodge result at all, and that this was what we used to make a decision on which accommodation and duration to book, when we progressed onto the booking confirmation page, this changed to a 2 bed lodge and we should have spotted this!! So our fault?! We were even shown a helpful screenshot to confirm what we should have spotted.

We made this work and made use of the couch (not a sofa bed!) but amazed with the response.

Still loads of potential at the park - if you are happy to compromise and won’t let it ruin your break.

oh, and as a side note, I bought 2 cans of Wingman IPA at 30,000 ft with Jet2 the week before cheaper than they were charging for a pint in the bar lol!

Well ! we have stayed at Away Resorts site at Filey North Yorkshire several times and found it to be very good. We have just come back from St. Ives bay Cornwall after cutting our holiday short, It was really poor. The first thing noticeable on entry to our dog friendly standard chalet was the 'filthy' carpet and then a rusty heater that looked old and worn out followed by mould in the shower and the list goes on. On the outside the wood was rotting. I went to the reception to let them know and was told... It's easy to book them in Cornwall ! On the Wednesday we had just made breakfast and the power went off, because we had frozen Items in the freezer I went back to the reception to see when it would come back on and was told everyone has had a text, I DIDN'T It came back on at 4pm so we couldn't even make a drink a voucher for a free cup of tea / coffee would have been a little compensation. One thing that did not affect us to much but with a young family or less mobile people the access to the beach is very difficult. I suggest Away Resorts takes a look at Filey and learns from them.
Away Resorts are not 'cheap' and they will get a bad name.

We were booked in for our holiday in St Ives bay in July but unfortunately we couldn't make it on time as my mother passed away the day before. We didn't ask for a refund, we just asked if they could move it forward to a time when they had some empty cabins available during the quiet season. Sadly, much to my wife and son's disappointment, they refused to do this and said we would have to pay for it all over again if we still wanted to go..

Have stayed last 15 years at east fleet farm ,gave them the benefit of doubt last year as first year since takeover
But this year which will be our last year was awful ,site was overcrowded families in huge groups partying till after .midnight most nights with no intervention from security ,way to many dogs some with 3 or 4 per family ,which means dogs pooh everywhere as only a few on lead,the toilets/showers used to be the farms best feature always dirty now ,so disappointing, and surely speed humps needed as far to many drivers going way to fast on a family site .
Gave one star for the beautiful view
